On the news of our services, one veteran called on us to confirm the correctness of his disability pension.

On scrutinizing his PPO and the pass book entries , we noticed that the Disability element was not revised as per VIth PC.
Immediately we contacted the Manager of the Bank and informed about the discrepancy. The Manager accepted our findings and assured us to revised the Disability element and pay the arrears in the next month.
The Veteran was so pleased with our instant action towards the discrepancy and sincerely thanked us for the timely help extended by our Trust.
