Our Liaison officer clarified all their  doubts and requested the Bank Authorities to co-operate in solving their problems like signing in different Applications, Annexures , Stoppage of FMA etc., without making them to run about. They have understood the importance of the events and agreed to inform the branches accordingly to hasten the process.

The DGM and AGM were very much impressed upon our services and our ongoing efforts to mitigate the sufferings of Ex-Servicemen in getting their correct pension. They commented very high of our Hand  book of PENSIONERS GUIDE in Tamil.

They requested us to extend assistance to needy branches to settle the pension problems particularly Defence pension as it has many terms which is difficult to understand by them. We assured them to extend our full assistance in this regard and we in turn requested them to co-operate with us for early disposal of discrepancies.. .

The suggestion put by us to hold a  common ADALAT for all banks was appreciated by DGM and he would also pass on the suggestion in the BLBC meetings.
