On our interactions in the Pension Mela, we noticed that one ESM is being paid less pension.

On scrutinizing the Discharge Certificate and the PPO, it was found that his Qualifying Service was 20yrs, but he was being paid pension for 17.5 yrs only.
We reported the discrepancy to the PDA and their CPPC at Chennai for correction..
The Veteran was happy and thanked us for taking immediate steps in this regard.
