DeleteUnless the full particulars like Rank, Trade/ Group and length of service is given we will not be in a position to guide you better.
As per your statement,you are entitled for Enhanced rate up to 14-1-2011. The Rate - unless the other particulars are known we can not tell you. Atleast you must inform the enhanced rate mentioned in the PPO.
If your husband was Group-I, then your normal Family pension will be Rs.5070. If Group II then it will be rs.4650/- What is the rate now being paid. Pl.inform all the particulars.

There is a doubt about the calculation of arrears. wait for some time.

ReplyDeleteI am ex JWO drawing pension of SGT due to 10 month criteria on same rank. Now i got the CORR PPO from DAV with new PPO number issued by JCDA with change in pay scale. That PPO also sent to SBI CPPC at Chennai.
Please guide me to get pension to the rank of JWO.

I retired from the Navy in the Rank of Chief Artificer with 15 years of Service. However since my service in the last Rank was only 5 months I was pensioned in the lower Rank of Artificer II. My present BP is Rs. 6374/- Is this correct as per Circular 551?

Hence I get the pension of Corporal rank. Am I entitled for the pension of Sgt rank as per pcda circular No.397. Please enlighten me.

ReplyDeleteMy mother is getting F/P since 1974.Father was Nb/Sub,died during service.From 1.1.2006 my mother used to get 3500/-p.m as per 547 her BP should be 4998/-(Table 2).Allahabad Bank has paid arrears but I have calculated in Excel as per DUE & DRAWN basis,where I found that upto 31.1.2016 Rs.47,748/-has been less paid. I have all the drawn amount as per Bank Pass Book from 01.01.06 to 31.01.2016 alongwith arrears paid in between the aforesaid period.This anomalies I have forwarded to CPPC Allahabad but no reply till date.Shall I knock the door of Court? Your suggestion solicited.
