DEARNESS RELIEF TO CENTRAL FREEDOM FIGHTERS. INCREASED BY 3%

 

The Central Government has enhanced the Dearness Relief to  Central Freedom fighters pensioners.

vide  GOI. Ministry of Home affairs:  No:  F.No. 45/08/2017-FF(P)  dated 08-04-2022.

The dearness Relief is increased   from 29 %  to 32 % with effect from 01-01-2022

The rate of Basic pension for  

- OTHER FREEDOM FIGHTERS//

 SPOUSE INCLUDING  INA   IS  26000/  +DR

Dependent Parents/ Eligible daughters (Max.3 daughters at any point of time)

For them, 50% of the Sum that would have been admissible to the freedom Fighters. i.e the range of 13000  to 15000.+DR

Now from  1-1-2022, the total pension will be  26000+ 32% DR=   34320-

The affected Freedom Fighter pensioners can  approach their Bank  for getting the increased rate.

All our pensioners communities  are requested to pass on this information in their areas.
