The below mentioned widow visited our Trust office for getting family pension,

On verifying the documents, we noticed that there is JOINT NOTIFICATION and
Joint account also.
She had obtained death certificate.
We prepared the death intimation to . Record Office, Zilla Sainik board,
Military canteen, ECHS and the Bank along with the copies of Death certificate and bank particulars and PPO.
We guided her to send the letter by Speed post to Record office.
Another letter to PDA, State bank of India for switching over to Family pension.
The widow was very happy with our prompt service and thanked us.
