On going through  her pass book entries, we noticed that she is being paid correct Rate of Family pension .  But, her Date of birth is 1-1-1936, hence  completed  80 yrs of age as on 1-1-2016  and eligible for Additional Pension of 20%, but not paid

We reported this discrepancy to her PDA and CPPC for Revision.

The widow was very much happy with our action and thanked us for this
