Veteran R.Subbiah is expressing his sincere thanks to our Managing Trustee Sgt.R.Chellappa -Air Veteran.
The under named veteran called on us and reported that
his pension is reduced from the Month of May 2015 with no reason.

On going through his available Documents, we noticed that
he was being correct rate of pension till April 2015 and it was reduced from May 2015.
Immediately we contacted his PDA and we came to know that it was due to SANGAM
PPO which was issued for lesser amount.
We informed the PDA
to refer CDA cir 163 and 181 and
asked them to revert back to the previous correct Rate of pension as per CDA
cir 501.
The Bank Manager was kind enough to hear us and agreed to
do the needful early.
The aggrieved veteran was happy with our action and
thanked us for the timely help.
