Our defence Minister has informed many dates regarding OROP earlier. But nothing was materialised. Now he has again told that a good news may be expected. Let us hope this time it may be through.
"Parrikar addressed the issue
of OROP and said
the government was committed
to its proposal
for implementing OROP and
said, “The Ex-servicemen
will receive good news about OROP by Navratri.”
will receive good news about OROP by Navratri.”
SOI: Exservicemen welfare.
If VRS Officers are excluded from OROP and JCO's & OR's included, then "Re-employed personnel in Govt. eg. Defence, Para-military, PSU's etc....will they get OROP ?"
ReplyDeleteDear sir,
ReplyDeleteyou are jealously minded man, OROP is separate compartment and reemployment is something else, we have to take exam and get through in written as well as oral, unless he comes in the merit list he will not be given job in civil in respect of ex defense personnel, in true terms reemployment means if ex soldier is placed in civil employment the very next day from the date of retirement without making him to undergo written and oral exam, you can call it as reemployment, only concession we avail is age relaxation. that another community is availing. in civil it is recruitment, no exam fee concession nor mark relaxation. as a new recruit we enter in the new department, if we put both pensions together, the reemployed soldier is getting 10 thousands less than his civil counterpart who put more than 33 years service, you agitate to the government for getting your benefit mr red indian cowboy. do not pour soil into the food of others
