We are very glad to know that MAHARASHTRA STATE GOVERNMENT
ha s issued order for DUAL FAMILY PENSION vide their Govt.Resolution No:PEN 2013/ C-R-G/ SER-4
dated 27-4-2015.
The State Govt. has
decided to amend Rule 116 (17) and (!8)
of Maharashtra Civil Services
(Pension) Rules 1982, so as to GRANT
DUAL FAMILY PENSION to the families of deceased Ex-Servicemen who
were Re-Employed prior to 01-01-2005, on
a Civil post in their State Govt. after having retired from Military Service.
This resolution shall be
effective from 24-9-2012.
The affected families may
prefer Claims for Dual family Pension .

We hope that our Tamil
Nadu Govt.also will issue such order early.
