OCTOGENARIAN- JWO –JOINT NOTIFICATION
It came to our knowledge
that one Ex.JWO is bedridden and no
Joint Notification copy available with PDA, our Trust members accompanied by One Officer from PDA visited
him at his residence. He is immobile ,can move on wheelchair only, and not able to converse freely.
He and his family members
were very happy of our visit.

On scrutinizing the
available documents, it was noticed that he has not applied for Endorsement of
Family pension .
Immediately we prepared the Appendix- I and Annexure-II
on the spot, got it signed , attested and arranged to dispatch to AFRO.
Now after 3 months, he has
received a Copy of Joint Notification
from AFRO.
We, the Trust members
again visited on the New Year Day ,and wished him .
The Octogenarian and his
wife were immensely pleased with our voluntary service and expressed their
gratitude to our Trust for such a help to our ESM community.
Our Trust Happy in helping
one more Octogenarian .
