The below mentioned veteran called on our Trust office and reported that he is getting less pension than his counterpart.

PDA: Central bank of India, Tirunelveli-Dist branch.
on going through the available papers , we noticed that his Qualifying service was taken as 17 yrs till 23-9-2012 and the same was reduced to 16.5 yrs during the revision as per CDA cir 501 with effect from24-9-2012 thus the discrepancy.
Immediately we contacted the PDA and reported to their Regional Office at Madurai.
The Officials at Regional Office were kind enough to accept our findings and assured us to arrange for revision with QS 17 yrs.
The aggrieved Ts.Nk. was very happy and thanked us for this help.
Our Trust is happy in addressing the veterans grievances.
