ONE MORE DISABILITY PENSIONER HELPED.
During the pension Mela at Tenkasi, it was noticed that the under mentioned veteran is being paid the un-revised Disability element.
Name: Shaik Ismail, Reg.No: 1310654 Rank: Naik Gp-‘C’
PPO.No: D/ RA/ 5037/75 Disability element- 20% for life.
PDA: SBI, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli-Dist, TN.
He was being paid at the rate of Rs.465/ only. As per CDA cir 410, Disability Element of 20% is Rs.702/- w.e.f 1-1-2006.
The discrepancy was immediately reported to the PDA, SBI Tenkasi and their CPPC at Chennai, with the calculation for revision and payment of arrears due.
Veteran Shaik Ismail along with his wife called on us and expressed his gratitude for the help extended by our Trust.
