Ex.Nk.R.Muthukrishnan approached us for a help in getting Part II order published for his 80% Mentally retarded son and pension after his demise.

His only son M.Ganga Rajan, aged 29 is mentally retarded @ 80%. As per existing pension rules, Handicapped / mentally retarded children are also eligible for pension after the demise of parents for which Family endorsement to be done.
In this instant case, on the request of Nk.R.Muthukrishnan, we took up the matter with Record Office Arty, Nasik Road. All the required documents like medical Certificate from Civil Surgeon and others were provided.
Un-mindful of 70% disability, with an amputated leg, the Naik ran pillar to post for getting the required documents with the sole aim of getting his son’s Part II order published and provision for pension after his death. Hats off to Muthukrishnan.
At last, the Part II order is published and his son’s name is included in the family members list and eligible for pension later.
Veteran Muthukrishnan and his Son called on us and thanked us for extending all the helps in this regard.
