RE-MARRIAGE OF A CHILDLESS WIDOW

The childless widow of a deceased Government employee should continue to be paid family pension even after her remarriage subject to the condition that the family pension shall cease once her independent income from all sources becomes equal to or higher than the minimum prescribed family pension in the Central Government. (5.1.55). This is applicable to the Defence Family pensioners also w.e.f. 01.01.2006.

குழந்தை இல்லாத விதவை பென்சனர்கள் மறு மணம் செய்துகொண்டால் பென்சன் தொடர்ந்து வழங்கப்படும். இந்த சலுகை 01 .01 .2006 முதல் அமுலுக்கு வருகிறது. (இது சில வருமான வரம்புக்குட்பட்டது ) ஆறாவது ஊதிய கமிசனின் பரிந்துரைகளில் அரசால் ஒப்புகொள்ளப்பட்ட ஒரு நல்ல அம்சம் என்பதை அனைவரும் தெரிந்து கொள்ளவும். அரசு ஆணையும் விண்ணப்ப படிவமும் வேண்டுமானால் மேலே உள்ள இணைப்பை கிளிக் செய்யவும்.
