YET ANOTHER THREE WIDOW PENSIONERS HELPED



Our Chief Liaison Officer Sgt.S.Kanthiah (Retd), after verifying the PPO and the Bank pass book, calculated the arrears payable to Smt.Mallika w/o Hony.Capt.Seetheraman, amounting to Rs.88267/-and handing over a copy to her.






Our chief Admin.Officer Hony.Flt.Lt.M.PacKia Natarajan is explaining about Special Family Pension and handing over the arrears Calculation sheet to Smt.Noor Jahan w/o Late Sep.Syed Mohamed of Kayathar.


In our continued efforts and during interaction we came across three widows are receiving less pension.One of our team members cum Chief Liaison officer thoroughly studied the case and after meticulous calculation , he contacted the concerned bank branches and arranged to set right the discrepancy and payment of arrears.

1) Smt.Noor Jahan Beevi w/o Late Dep.Syed Mohemed ( 141911), PPO.No.F/ 1969/59, a Special Family Pensioner was receiving a basic pension of Rs.5763/- instead of Rs.7000/-as per CDA Cir .410. with effect from 1-1-2006. We contacted the Canara Bank, Kayathar and explained the discrepancy to the Manager and he readily accepted our submission and arranged to revise the pension and pay the arrears amounting to Rs.67943/-

2) Smt. Mallika w/o Hony.Capt.Seetharaman (JC 34498 ), PPO.No.F/NA/ 2030/2000 ,was being paid only basic pension without DA by mistake . This was noticed by us during our interaction and we contacted the bank and the officials have promised to set right the discrepancy and pay the arrears amounting to Rs.88267/-

3) Smt.Mary Kamalam w/o Hony.FO. Jal Raj (103560), PPO .No.08/14/B/JN/2299/2001 was not being paid pension after the demise of HFO Jal Raj. We visited the branch , Indian Overseas Bank, Maharaja Naga r and informed the Manager who readily accepted our submission and arranged to pay the arrears of Rs.88267/- and monthly pension regularly.
