ANOTHER ACHIEVEMENT -THREE MORE WIDOWS HELPED
In our continued search and untiring efforts we have identified another three more widows who were getting less pension. We have calculated the correct pension and informed the PDA, Central Bank, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin-District, Tamil Nadu. The Manager Mr.Paul readily accepted our submission and agreed to pay the arrears and revise the pension immediately. The Trust is grateful to him for his prompt and timely help towards our Ex-Servicemen community .

1) Smt.Ayyammal w/o Late .Nb.Sub.Sundara Thevar( jc 24090), PPO No.F/NA/2526/86 was getting only Rs.3500/-. Now, as per Annexure -III of CDA Cir 403 she will be getting a basic pension of Rs.4650/- for the Rank of Nb.Sub, Gp-D w.e.f 1-1-2006 and an arrears of Rs.63153/-

.2) Smt.Avudaiammal w/o Late Sep.Ramasamy Reddiar (14262), F/NA/30826/86, is receiving normal pension. On scrutinizing the PPO, we have noticed that her date of birth is 10-2-1923, hence she is eligible for an Additional pension of 20% from 1-1-2006 to 1-2-2008 and 30% from 1-2-2008.We have worked out the arrears payable amounting to Rs.48090/- till 31-1-2010.

3) Smt. Gangammal w/o Late Nb.Sub.P.Chinnasamy( JC 28611), PPO No.F/NA/ 2369/88 was receiving Sepoy pension of rs.3500/-only . Now it is revised as Rs.4650/- for the Rank of Nb.Sub.Gp.D w.e.f 1-1-2006 and the arrears worked out to Rs.63153/-
