During our recent pension
mela , we came to know that one Special Family pensioner was getting
un- revised pension. We had asked her to call on us with all the available
documents.

The widow came to our trust office. On going through the
papers and the pass book entries, we confirmed that she is being paid pension
at the rate of Rs.5763 instead of Rs.7000/- with effect from 1-1-2006.
Immediately we contacted
the Bank branch and their CPPC at Chennai and informed about the
Non-Revision of pension as per CDA cir 410 and payment of arrears.
They were kind enough to
agree with our submission and assured to revise the pension and pay the arrears
during February month pension.
The poor widow and her
daughter were happy of our efforts and thanked us for this valuable help.
