ONE WIDOW PENSIONER HELPED
FOR DUAL FAMILY CLAIM
During our recent Pension
Mela, we announced about the Govt.order
regarding grant of Dual family pension.
Smt.Lakshimi called on our office to help in claiming Dual
family pension.
Name: Smt.S.Lakshmi
Viswanathan W/O Late Sep.R.Viswanathan
(129209) He was Re-employed in Central
Bank of India , and drawing TWO pension.
After his death , his wife
is receiving only the Bank pension.
As the widow is eligible
for Dual pension as per CDA cir 504, we prepared all the required documents for
Dual family pension and sent to Record Office.
Now the widow has received
a set of Claim forms in this regard and we are processing the claim ..
The widow called on us
again and thanked us for the valuable help.
