AADHAR CARDS -NEW AND CORRECTIONS AT POST OFFICE

  We are glad  to inform our veterans that our Post Office at PALAYAMKOTTAI,, has undertaken
 to  issue  New Aadhar Cards  and  correction in Aadhar.

Veterans can utilise this facility-  Kindly pass on this information to others also./

POSITION OF OROP -II

OMJC REPORT IS LOCKED IN  SAFE

OROP  REVISION IS IN A TUG OF WAR.

As there were so many anomalies in  oringinal OROP ,  our Govt, appointed a committee -
One Man Judiciary Commission on 26-10-2016
.  OMJC has submitted its report to Govt  on 19-7-17.
As the Report is complicated , Govt. has formed a committee to look into the feasibility  to implement the OMJC report. Hence it is pending.

Who knows, one more committee may be formed to set right the committee's report  and it may go on  forming committees. 
This is the TUG OF WAR  going on.
Nobody knows when the OROP  anomalies will be set right.

NON ISSUE OF REVISED PPO FOR AIR FORCE TRADES GROUP IV / Z TO Y

 WORRIED AIR VETERAN .

NON ISSUE OF REVISED PPO FOR  PRE 10-10-1997 RETIREES

AIR FORCE  TRADES- GROUP  IV /  Z   TO  Y

One circular  478 dt. 13-2-2012  was issued  in respect of change of  Groups of MT drivers  in Army -  from Group  D  to Y .

The affected veterans applied and received the revised PPO and got their arrears.

But in the case of AIR FORCE  Trades,  the same benefit is not yet extended . latest Cir-607  .

Affected Trades are,  MTD, Catering Asst, and ACG HD - 

i.e Group  IV/ D  to  II or Y. 

Effective date is  01-07-2009(cir- 430)to 23-9-2012( Cir -501).

   It is a fixed period –

We understand that no veteran has received the Corr PP or the arrears  till date 

 PCDA may issue a general Circular / individual  Revised PPO  to revise the rate  for the said period and pay the arrears . 

  IT IS TOO LATE.

So many revisions has taken place and so many are on the way.

This, long pending  case may be settled  immediately.

Our ESM Orgs may take up the issue with PCDA and Air Force Authority for early  settlement for the affected Air Veterans, almost all are senior citizens.
