OUR TRUST HELPED 19TH CASE OF FAMILY PENSION- SPARSH MIGRATED

              On hearing the services of our Welfare Trust,  many widows  of SPARSH migrated pensioners have approached us for  a help in claiming family pension. 

So far, we have helped 18 widows , and all are  sanctioned and drawing their  family pension. 

Today, another widow has approached us.

Pension a/c is Migrated to Sparsh;  232198705168 

We had already  informed her to bring Death Certificate, Bank pass book self, Aadhar and PAN card. And Original PPO where joint notification is mentioned. 

We   followed  all the procedure – for Reporting Death  and initiate Family pension  through SPARSH PORTAL.   Up loaded Death certificate, PPO and Bank pass book.   Received the Tocken number.  We have  instructed the widow  to contact us after 3 to 5 days  for  further  action. 

The widow was so happy and thanked us for this valuable help.

Our Trust is satisfied in helping  one more widow .
