of his 16Kb Echs Card.

On verifying his available documents, it was
noticed that he has not applied for
Endorsement of Family pension so far.
We explained the seriousness of Joint Notification and the hardship faced by widow due to non availability
of Joint Notification after the death of
pensioner.
Immediately, we prepared
the Appendix in Triplicate and instructed him to send the application to
his Record Office through his PDA/ Bank without further delay.
Veteran V.Subbiah and his
