ENCOURAGING NEWS FOR INVALIDED OUT NON PENSIONERS.
Minimum requirement of
service of 10 years for invalid pension is now relaxed.
As per the late Kerala Court’s / Supreme Court’s rulings,
"
Those who were invalided out with out pension for not
completing 10 yrs of service and their
disability was not attributable to
service or aggravated by service are now
considered for invalid pension. "
So the minimum requirement
of 10 years of service for pension is
now abrogated.
Now , even the QS is less than 10 yrs , and not attributable or Aggravated by service they are eligible for
INVALID pension W.E.F . 4-1-2019.
Past cases are also
considered.
The affected veterans are requested to wait for the order soon.
