Smt. Chellammal with her Son.
The below named widow called on our Trust , all the way from Madurai 150km from our office.

Died on 21-9-2017.
She complained that she is not being paid family pension.
On going through the available documents, we noticed that
the veteran was a Pre-1986 retiree, hence there is no Joint Notification
.
The widow is not aware ,
whether the joint Notification was done or not, We explained her about the importance of
Joint Notification, which was not done
by her husband.
We have now written to her Record Office for verification and guidance.
The widow and her Son were very happy with our action and thanked
us for this valuable timely help.
Our Trust is happy in
helping one More widow.
