The below named veteran visited our Trust and complained that his co-veteran is drawing more pension than him.
Name: S.DEVADAS. Rank: Ts.NK Group- Y QS: 17 yrs.
PPO.No: S/ 073376/2001.
PDA: SBI- Tirunelveli- District.
On verifying his documents and pass book, we noticed that he is being paid pension for the Rank of Sepoy only.
i.e 6665 X 2.57= 17130 +DA+FMA =18316.
His eligible pension is 7170X 2.57= 18427 + DA +FMA.=19665.
Thus short payment due incorrect fitment.
Immediately, we prepared a representation to his Bank- CPPC informing this discrepancy and requested them to revise the pension and pay the arrears immediately.
