On hearing the services of our Welfare Trust, the below mentioned Railway Pensioner called on us for a help in getting his DE-LINKING 33 yrs arrears.

On verifying his PPO and pass book entries, we noticed that his pension was not revised after Cir 397, VIth CPC.
Now, we calculated the arrears payable as per DE-Linking 33 yrs and 7th CPC and send the copies to his Bank branch and CPPC for revision and payment..
The Rly.Pensioner was very happy with our action and service for all pensioners and thanked us for this timely help.
Our Trust is also hppy in helping one more Railway pensioner.
