visited our Trusted and wanted to confirm the correctness of his pension
and arrears.

On verifying his documents,
we confirmed that he is getting correct Rate of pension and got the eligible
arrears.
We noticed that he was
discharged on LOW Medical category with 20% DE.
Hence he is eligible for
Broad Banding as per CDA cir 429 % 529.
Immediately, we prepared the
Annexure for Broad Banding and forwarded
to his Record Office. After about 4
months time, he has received the PPO for Broad Banding - i.e DE enhanced from 20% to 50% w.e.f 1-1-1996.
The veteran came to our Trust
with the PPO and thanked us for this
valuable help by the Trust.
Trust is also satisfied in
helping one more Veteran.
