The below mentioned veteran came to our Trust Office and expressed his grievances that  though he was granted with Hony.Nb.Sub.,he is being paid pension for the Rank of Havildar.

PDA: Central Bank of India

On verifying  his documents, there was only the letter of intimation of Grant of Hony.Nb.Sub and no PPO.

We reported the discrepancy to his Record Office and requested to send a copy of PPO.

Now, the PPO is received from RO -  i.e S/CORR/ 071641/1993.

The aggrieved veteran was very happy of our action in getting the PPO  and thanked us.

We calculated the arrears payable to him  on the basis of the PPO and forwarded to his CPPC and PDA for payment..
