BROAD BANDING OF DISABILITY
ELEMENT FOR ALL CATEGORIES OF DISABILITY
PENSIONERS.
Previously, the orders were
issued for Broad banding of Disability element for Medically boarded out and
Invalided cases only.
Now the same benefit is
extended to other categories also, that is Retired/ Discharged on completion of
Terms of engagement cases.
The affected Disability
pensioners with 20%, 30% 50% can apply
to their Record office for Broad banding
by furnishing your full particulars,

18-4-2016.

Apply to your Record office referring this MOD letter no. Format as per CDA cir 429.

DeleteInstead of writing this suggestion, it would have been better if you could provide the source of the link, because many would be asking this only if they have exhausted all the means.
The subject circular is not traceable in desw website nor throws up the locations in google search.
It would be very much helpful if you can reproduce it here, if it is in your possession. You can see already 3 comments are pertaining to this query.

DeleteI retired on 29 feb 1992 as Lt Col with 28.08 yrs service with 40 % dis pen for life. Kindly let me know my present dis pen entitlement and arrears and oblige.Regards .Thanks. SSP

Yes! I was told by dte of air vns that this ord3r is applicable only for those litigants who filed cases in court?

ReplyDeleteI was retired as Sub Gp Y with 50℅ disability which computed as 75% after completion of 27 years of service. I am getting disability pension Rs 4248 ie 75% of Rs 5664. Now the broader banding of disabilty pension is applicable to me. Any action from my side is required to be taken by me or concerned record office will take Acton. please let me know sir.
