ONE MORE ERRONEOUS PPO

One Widow pensioner was being paid Enhanced rate of Family Pension  for the Rank of Nk Group- D/Y.  

Now, the bank has received a Revised PPO from Project Sangam Scheme , where the original group  as E , hence the rate of pension is reduced.

Now the bank has reduced the Rate of Pension  and informed the widow about Recovery.

The  worried  widow called on us for a help in this regard.

We have now taken up the case with CPPC, SBI , Chennai  to refer CIR 163 and not to recover.

The widow was happy of our action and thanked us for the timely help.
