Ex.Havidar Kutty Raja  came to our Trust and complained that he is not being paid  the correct rate of Disability pension-  Broad Banding-

PDA: Canara  Bank: Tirunelveli-Dist.

We contacted the PDA and CPPC at Bangalore and informed about the non Revision .

The CPPC officials advised us to forward a copy of the Corr.PPO  for doing the needful.

We have now sent the copy of the PPO.

The Veteran was happy of our action and sincerely thanked us for the timely help.

Our Trust is satisfied in addressing an aggrieved veteran.
