records with him, it was noticed that he
is being paid correct rate of pension.
Endorsement of family particulars
could not be verified as there is no PPO available.
It seems , he has misplaced or lost the PPO.
We guided him to apply for
a copy of PPO from PDA or from record office.
We also advised him to
join the ECHS .
The veteran was happy of
our service and thanked us for the useful guidance.
