On hearing the services of
our Trust, the widow from a remote
village called Arumuganeri called on us and reported that her pension is not
revised.

On verifying the PPO and
the bank pass book entries, it was noticed that the Enhanced Rate of Family
pension not revised as per latest CDA cir 502 .
Immediately we contacted
the PDA and informed about the non-revision . The Manager was kind enough to
accept our findings and agreed to revise the pension and pay the arrears in
this month itself on receipt of submission from us ( Calculation of arrears).
The widow was very happy
of our action and thanked us for such a quick service.
Her son Mr.Victor Samuel,
a serving Sepoy from Arty records appreciated our Trust for such a Noble
service.
