ATTENTION  POST -2006 RETIREES FAMILY PENSIONERS

The Normal / Special  and Liberalised family pension being revised as per CDA circular 502 and 503 for Pre-2006 Retirees Family pensioners with effect from 24-9-2012.

The Post -2006 retirees, the Bankers are not in a position to effect the revision as there is no Table and also as per the instructions from CDA Circulars 506 and 507,

The instructions are , the Record Offices should review the cases and forward the list of affected family pensioners to the concerned Pension Sanction Authorities, i.e The PSA, CDA Allahabd.

Now, it is about 11 months have passed since the issuance of the Circulars 506 and 507 but no revised PPOs are issued to the affected families as per our knowledge .
For Example:
One Air force Junior Warrant Officer , Group- X, 30yrs of service, died while in service in the year 2006.
His wife was sanctioned Special Family pension, and now getting a basic pension of Rs.12102/-
But  a Pre-2006 family of the same Rank, Group and length of service is getting a Basic pension of Rs.13812/- as per CDA cir 503. See the difference; Rs.1710/ per month. w.e.f 24-9-2012. 

Therefore, we request  all the affected families to apply to their respective Record Offices  for revision of pension  ( revised PPO ) with out further delay, furnishing all particulars Like, Rank, group, and the length of service of your husband.
