a Disability pensioner called on at our Office.

He has lost his fingers on both the hands during Bomb throwing operation in 1965 war. On going through his pension papers, we noticed that he was sanctioned INVALIDATED DISABILITY pension of 60% for life, hence eliginble for BROAD BANDING OF DISABILITY PENSION.

We prepared the required Annexures in Triplicate as per CDA Cir 429, and asked him to obtain the signature of PDA and forward to Record office for doing the needful. The hadicapped Veteran was immensly happy and thanked us for informing the Broad banding and helping in this regard.

On our request, the happy veteran agreed to pose for a photograph with his wife.

Our Trust is happy and satisfied in helping one more Disability pensioner and

We are on lookout for many more such needy veterans.
