AN AGGRIEVED HONY.CAPT.(SM) R.BALASUBRAMANIAN HELPED

Though about 2 years going to be completed after announcement of VI th Pay commission, the pension of Hony.Capt.R.Bala Subramanian was not correctly revised as per CDA Cir 403.

His particulars are :

Name : R.Balasubramanian Rank: Hony.Capt(SM), No: JC 67622 N Record Office-MEG

PPO.No; S/ 20503/90 AND S/ CORR/108431/2000 Qualifying Service-32 yrs.DOB.10-5-1938

Pda: Canara bank, Ambasamudram, Titunelveli-Dist , Tamil Nadu.

In spite his number of correspondences with Record Office, CDA and Bank, the revision could not be done. Our Trust members came to know this during the District Association Anniversary meeting on 5-9-2010. We called the Captain to our office , verified his records and confirmed the non- revision.

Our Chief Liaison Officer, S.Kanthiah, immediately contacted the Officials at Canara bank Circle Office, Madurai and informed the un-fortunate happenings. Due to our very good rapport with Canara Bank, the Officer at Madurai agreed to revise the pension and pay the arrears in this month itself on receipt of our written submission along with arrears calculation. The conversation took place in the presence of the Hony.Capt and he was taken aback and was so happy and expressed his gratitude for our quick and result oriented action of our Welfare Trust thus relieving his mental agony and financial hard ship. The arrears worked is about a Lak plus.

Our Trust is satisfied in helping the aggrieved Hony.Captain and we strive for further hunting.

  1. It appears that all those who are approaching the Exwel Trust are helped to get their correct pension and arrears. We must appreciate the hard work done by Sgt.S.Kandiah. The Banks must thank Sgt.Kandiah for doing their work. May God bless Sgt.Kandiah with good health and long life.
