DEARNESS RELIEF INCREASED BY 7%  FOR EX-GRATIA PENSIONERS.

The Dearness Relief  for    CPF  beneficiaries in receipt of Ex-Gratia Payment

  is ENHANCED   by 7% with effect from 01-07-2019.

For Living Pensioners                                       For Families:

Basic  pension……750.00                                        645.00

For living pensioners – Existing Rate  295%    increased  to 312%

For Families…………..-   Existing Rate   287%   increased to   304%

Eligible  Rate of pension from 01-07-2019   will be :

        CLAIM FOR FIXED MEDICAL ALLOWANCE  FROM BACK DATE.

The concept of Fixed Medical Allowance is from 01-12-1997.

Those who retired./was  Discharged  after this date, the FMA was mentioned in the PPO itself.  The Rate was Rs.100  and time to time  it was enhanced and from 01-07-2017 , it is Rs.1000/-

We understand  that , even though the scheme started in 1997, still some of our veterans  are not aware , whether they are being paid with FMA or not ( Non ECHS members)

Now, after coming to know that they are not being paid  with FMA,  they want to claim FMA from back date.

On receiving lot of complaints  and claims, our Government  has issued a circular  in this regard vide their  OM No:

“GOI. MF. Dept.of Expenditure : OM No; CPAO/ IT &  Tech/ Revision ( 7^th CPC / 19-Vol-III € 2019-20/ 66 dated 05-08-2019.

It is clear from the Order  that , the FMA is payable from the date of application only, if eligible  and not from  the back date.

Veterans  are to note the Govt.Order  and  cannot  claim from back date.

All our ESM Associations and Orgs  are requested to advise the veterans in their areas suitably..

You can now Down Load your  e-PPO  from our Air Force Site.

When you login to the site,  you will receive  the ICONs  like,

Home, ……Know your pension       contact us  …… …in the last  e-PPO.

Click on  e-PPO.

You will get  a program Box. e.g.

Pensioner’s Service number:…………………..       123456S

Pension Disbursing  Agency( Bank/ DPDO  )   State Bank of India

Date Of Discharge:             yyyy-MM  DD          2008-03-31

After Feeding the required particulars,   you click on  SUBMIT. AND WAIT.

You will get the  E-PPO     You can take a print out  and compare with the existing 

Rate of pension.    Whether it is beneficial  or the  OROP X 2.57 is beneficial.

Suppose, your  particulars are not UPLOADED , then  you will get a message  stating  that your  E-PPO is not yet Generated , visit often to confirm. 

Our Air veterans can  visit our  AF site and get the e-PPO  and
 know the latest  rate of Pension as per Notional fixation.

It is a happy News that
  Sub.Lieutenant   SHIVANGI  of Indian Navy became the FIRST  -NAVAL WOMAN PILOT.

Hailing from MUZZAFARPUR, IN BIHAR, Sub.Lt. Shivangi  would be flying  the
Naval  DORNIER  Surveilance Aircraft.

We wish her  all the success in her Flying career..
