Smt.S.Valliammal W/O Late Nk.Subbiah is expressing her sincere thanks to our 

Liaison Officer Sgt.S.Kanthiah, veteran.

ONE MORE DUAL FAMILY PENSION SANCTIONED.

One Naik T.Subbiah ( 1104795) was re-employed in Tamil Nadu Govt and died in 1978. There after his wife Smt.Valliammal was sanctioned with Family pension from Tamil Nadu Govt.

After the issuance of Circular for DUAL family pension, we helped the widow in claiming  DUAL family pension.

After about ONE year of correspondences with Record Office and CDA, the widow is now Sanctioned with DUAL family pension

Vide:  PPO.No: F/NA/ 026326/2014.

PDA: CANARA BANK

We approached  the CPPC of Canara Bank for early disbursement of pension and arrears  w.e.f 24-9-2012.

Now the widow is disbursed with Monthly pension and the arrears  in this month.

The innocent Widow called on us and  expressed her sincere thanks to our Trust.

Our Trust is very happy in helping one more widow in getting DUAL family pension.

One veteran, Ts.Nk. Tirupathi Rajaram was injured in Mine blast in the year 1980. His right leg, below ankle was blown and was amputated, now using Artificial Limb..

Name: Tirupathy Rajaram   Rank: Ts.NK  Regt.No: 6462218 N   RO: MRC,

This occurrence was classified as battle causality but was sanctioned with Normal Disability only. 50%. The innocent veteran was receiving the pension.

When we represented this case  of injustice  to his Record Office, MRC,

They replied -  as the incident happened when he was in Toilet, he is not eligible for WAR injury, though it was in forward area. The matter is closed.

We took up the case with Integrated HQ, Army and Defence Minister and

Defence Grievances Cell and IESM

.

After a series of correspondences by our Trust,  for more than  2 years, the case is now Re-opened for  consideration for sanctioning WAR injury pension.

This is a great achievement for our sustained efforts

A CLARIFICATION LETTER RECEIVED FROM CDA ALLAHABAD

NO.Gts/Tech/E-mail/148/Vol-XXVI dt.09.12.2016.

on the subject reproduced for information of all concerned. 

Recruits and others having service less than 15 years service can submit this letter

to the bank and claim Delinking arrears.

NON IMPLEMENTATION OF CIR 560

This circular was issued on 8-6-2016 but still many Banks have not 

effected the revision and paid arrears.

We have already Published in our BLOG on  15-7-2016

   and we are repeating the same subject again .

Banks were busy in Revision of Pension for De-Linkage of 33 yrs 

of service (cir 568) and 7^th Pay Commission (cir 570).

Now the pressure is released .

Banks can now concentrate for Revisions per Cir 560
 for Specialand Liberalised Family pensioners.

There are Tables in Circulars and it is very clear 
and easy to follow:

It is in simple language , the Rate given in Cir 503 
 effective from 24-9-2012 to be paid from 1-1-2006.

That is- Rate in Cir 503 –minus Rate in cir 456.

As per CDA cir,410  the minimum Special Family pension 
for all Ranks Was Rs.7000/, it was fixed .

Then as per CDA cir 456, it was according to Ranks
 and Group, the Minimum Rate, fixed..  

Then again  as per CDA cir 503, the Rate was revised as
 per Rank,Group and Qualifying service with effect from
 24-9-2012 on wards..

Now, this Circular 560 says , this Rate of Cir 503 to be
paid from 1-1-2006 and arrears if any to be paid
from . 1-1-2006 to 23-9-2012.

NOTE: There is no benefit for Sepoy to Havildar
 of GroupY and Z up to 17 yrs QS.

For an Example; Take a case of HAV  Y group  QS:22yrs.

Special Family pension for this Rank and Group and QS:

As per Circular  503, table.5…… .8297.00

Assuming she was paid  (cir 456)-7000.00

                   Difference………….  1297.00 pm

This is to be paid from 1-1-2006 to 23-9-2012

Arrears works out to be 1297 X 103.65= 134434..

In the same way  it is to be calculated for all eligible

Special Family pensioners for all Ranks and Groups.

Families in your areas and help and guide  them

to get their entitled pension arrears It will be a
noble service to Family pensioners.

ONE MORE ACHIEVEMENT FOR OUR TRUST.

 Smt.Antony Ammal w/o Late Nk. Michael Thiyagos Expressing her sincere thanks to our Managing Trustee Sgt.R.Chellappa, ,veteran.



One Ex.Naik-Michael Thiyagos  from MEG records, was Re-employed in TNEB after

discharge from Service, After retirement from TNEB, he was drawing  2 pensions.

After his dweath on 8-11-1989, his wife Smt. Antony Ammal was sanctioned pension from TNEB,

After issuance of Circular 504  for DUAL family pension,  the widow approached us for a help in getting pension from Military service.

We made all correspondences with MEG Record office in this regard.

After about 1 1/2 years of series of letters, she has now received the
pension order for DUAL family pension with effect from 24-9-2012.

The happy widow called on us and expressed her gratitude for all the
help extended by our Trust .

Our Trust is also satisfied in helping one more Widow in getting
DUAL family pension sanctioned.

ENHANCED RATE OF FAMILY PENSION-CDA CIR 568.

     ENHANCED RATE OF FAMILY PENSION-CIR 568.

Some Banks have raised doubt regarding revision of

Enhanced Rate of Family pension as per CDA cir 568.

It is better, the Families  drawing ERFP after 1-1-2006

 mayverify  whether they were paid correct Rate

 as per CDA cir 494 and 502.

If they were paid less than the Rate of Cir 568,  they

Can claim for the differential amount.

They can verify  the Rates -  Example:

Rank: Naik    Group-  Y,   QS: 17 yrs 

Date of death  : 14-1-2007.   DOB – 24-3-1957.

She  is eligible for ERFP  up to  13-1-2014.

Eligibilty: 

As per CDA cir 494  Table-1…4800 w.e.f 1-1-06

As per CDA cir 502 Table -1…5568  w.e.f 24-9-2012

As per CDA cir 568  Table       5520 w.e.f 1-1-06

As per OROP  cir 555………  7170 w.e.f 1-7-2014.

Now, compare the Rates.

Rate as per CIR 502 and 555 is more than  Cir 568.

But  there is difference between Cir 568 and 494

NOTE:  If the pension is revised as per
 CDA cir 548, then  there is no benefit.

Other wise:

 You find  a difference

From 1-1-2006 to 23-9-2012

That is-Cir 568 minus 494= 5520-4800= 720 per month.

This comes to about Rs. 74618 as arrears.…

The widow is benefited by this amount. 

Such families are not aware of this,.

These  affected  families are to approach their bank

and inform that they are eligible for arrears.
