NON IMPLEMENTATION OF CIR 560

This circular was issued on 8-6-2016 but still many Banks have not 

effected the revision and paid arrears.

We have already Published in our BLOG on  15-7-2016

   and we are repeating the same subject again .

Banks were busy in Revision of Pension for De-Linkage of 33 yrs 

of service (cir 568) and 7^th Pay Commission (cir 570).

Now the pressure is released .

Banks can now concentrate for Revisions per Cir 560
 for Specialand Liberalised Family pensioners.

There are Tables in Circulars and it is very clear 
and easy to follow:

It is in simple language , the Rate given in Cir 503 
 effective from 24-9-2012 to be paid from 1-1-2006.

That is- Rate in Cir 503 –minus Rate in cir 456.

As per CDA cir,410  the minimum Special Family pension 
for all Ranks Was Rs.7000/, it was fixed .

Then as per CDA cir 456, it was according to Ranks
 and Group, the Minimum Rate, fixed..  

Then again  as per CDA cir 503, the Rate was revised as
 per Rank,Group and Qualifying service with effect from
 24-9-2012 on wards..

Now, this Circular 560 says , this Rate of Cir 503 to be
paid from 1-1-2006 and arrears if any to be paid
from . 1-1-2006 to 23-9-2012.

NOTE: There is no benefit for Sepoy to Havildar
 of GroupY and Z up to 17 yrs QS.

For an Example; Take a case of HAV  Y group  QS:22yrs.

Special Family pension for this Rank and Group and QS:

As per Circular  503, table.5…… .8297.00

Assuming she was paid  (cir 456)-7000.00

                   Difference………….  1297.00 pm

This is to be paid from 1-1-2006 to 23-9-2012

Arrears works out to be 1297 X 103.65= 134434..

In the same way  it is to be calculated for all eligible

Special Family pensioners for all Ranks and Groups.
