DIVIDED FAMILY PENSION REGARDING

                                              

Dear veteran brothers, 

This article  is regarding the  Divided Family pension;

Divided pension is normally granted to  2^nd wife( lawfully)   and eligible any one of the children of first wife- ,  or 1^st wife and children of 2^nd wife.  Equal share  i.e  50% each.

In a Divided family pension cases, where one  pensioner died, the surviving pensioner is automatically  become eligible  for  full pension,  100%,  that is restoration of full pension instead of the existing 50%  

To get this benefit, the death of  pensioner is to be intimated to PDA ( Bank ) as well as the CDA or  Sparsh, if already migrated, with full particulars , PPO no, Bank  and account No etc,  along with a copy of death certificate. This is done by the living pensioner or the relatives of the deceased pensioner.. 

Sparsh Migrated case:  this event is to be reported in the  Sparsh Portal- without Login-

   Services-  Report events heading-     Death Report/ Family pension/stoppage of pension- by furnishing full particulars as per the format in the system -like details of the deceased  and the claimant   ( Death certificate,  Bank details to be uploaded ) 

After verifying the generousness  of the case (death )  . the CDA /Sparsh  will issue  a corr, PPO  informing the  PDA /*SPARSH  to pay full pension to the surviving pensioner –

  This is called RESTORATION OF FULL PENSION.

On receipt of this  instructions , corr.PPO, the PDA  or Sparsh authorities will start   paying full   pension.to the living pensioner. .

 This is the procedure  -for RESTORATION OF FULL PENSION in Divided pension cases.
