We,visited SPARSH website and and got his USER ID AND Pass word, Then changed his pass word of his choice..
then we, viewed all his particulars in the SPARSH , then uploaded his LIFE CERTIFICATE by Jeevan Pramaan method (DLC), and it was successful.
We verified all his particulars in SPARH PPO , 8392020000976 and it was all OK.
This is first case of a DEFENCE CIVILIAN PENSIONER.
