On going through his documents , we noticed that he has not applied for ENDORSEMENT OF FAMILY PENSION .

We explained him about the importance of JOINT Notification and the sufferings of widows  in the absence of Joint Notification.

Immediately, we prepared the required forms in Triplicate and instructed him to send it to his Record office through his Bank .

The veteran  felt sorry for the delay and thanked us for this timely and valuable help.
