On going through his available Documents, we noticed that he was discharged on Lower Medical Catrgory( LMC ). and War injury Element of 30%.
Now it is broad banded to 50%.
On verifying the Pass Book entries, we confirmed that he is being paid correct Rate of pension as per OROP and 7th CPC.
