WORLD WAR VETERANS.
Those Ex-Servicemen who are holding ESM ID cards and canteen Cards ,
Non Pensioners are
now eligible for ECHS benefits.
2nd
World veterans and their families, Short Service Commission, and Emergency
Commissioned officers , Non pensioners
are eligible to join ECHS as members with some conditions..
All these category of ESMs are eligible for free OPD
facilities.
For Inpatients,
they have to pay as follows:
Those who have completed 10 yrs and more service will have
to bear 25% of hospital charges.
Those who served for less than 10 yrs, have to bear 50 %
of hospital Bill.
Affected veterans and families are to wait for ORDER soon.
