ENDORSEMENT OF FAMILY PENSION.

Veteran Sep- Devaraj  and his wife in our Trust office.

           One veteran –Sep.DEVARAJ- 1320360 came to our Trust

For renewal of ECHS card.

His PPO No:  S/ 41137/ 1977

On verification of his documents, we noticed that there is no Joint Notification available.

On interaction with him, we confirmed that he has not applied for  Endorsement of Family pension.

We explained him  the importance of Joint Notification and the suffering of families in the absence of Joint Notification.

We prepared the Appendix  on the spot  and advised him to forward it to his Record Office, through his PDA-Bank.

The veteran and his wife werte very much impressed  with our service and thanked us for this valuable help.
