veterans called on our Trust office for
ONLINE registration of ECHS cards-renewal.

On verification of his
documents, we noticed that he is a Pre-1985 retiree , and not applied for
Endorsement of Family pension.
We explained him about the
importance of Joint Notification .
Immediately, we prepared
the Application for Joint
Notification advised him to forward the application through his Bank.
The veteran was very happy
with our action and thanked us for this valuable help.
