OUR TRUST MEMBERS VISITED AN AILING WIDOW PENSIONER AT HER DOORSTEP

FOR  JEEVAN PRAMAAN-  LIFE CERTIFICATE – BIOMETRIC  DEVICE.

On hearing the news of a Bank Officials  demanding  personal appearance

for Life Certificate,  in the Bank of a Ailing, bedridden widow  Smt. Manonmani W/O Late  Hony.Lt. Thomas, 87 yrs old  who is a bedridden patient  for the last 10years, immobile  due to broken Spinal card,

Our Trust Members  wanted to help the Widow, visited her Residence  with our Equipments,  Laptop, Digital Finger Scanner & Printer.

The ailing Widow and family members were happy of our visit. The widow was not able to talk, expressed her feelings by signs with her hands. It was a pathetic condition.

We proceeded for obtaining the Finger impression in the Device  for Generating  Life Certificate-

Unfortunately, non of her 10 fingers could be caught in the Device. We came to know that the Aadhaar Card was issued with  EYE CATCHING only and not finger print.

Hence the option left  now  is,  only Manual Life Certificate.

We discussed with the Branch Manager  to accept the manual  Life Certificate as a very special case and as per RBI instructions..

The Branch Manager was kind enough to accept our request  for Manual Life Certificate.
