HAPPY NEWS- A SEPARATE PANEL
FOR ESM WELFARE SET UP.
A separate Committee on
EX-SERVICEMEN WELFARE is constituted by the government.
This committee will put forth the grievances of Military veterans to the
government. It is in line with SCOVA.
This committee comes into being from
October 2014.
It will be Headed by The
Minister of State for Defence and will consist of members – Secretary Ex-servicemen
Welfare, DGR, CGDA, MD ECHS, And Secretay Kendriya Sainik Board.
Also special invitees
including Representatives from Veteran
Cells of the Three services.
Meeting will be held every
Quarter..
