VISIT OF OUR TRUST TO A REMOTE VILLAGE.

Kalingapatti Canara Bank Manager in the right extreme and our Liaison Officer in the centre along with pensioners.
                                       TRUST REACHES A REMOTE VILLAGE

On coming to know that there are many Widow pensioners drawing short / in correct pension,Our Chief Liaison Officer Sgt.S.Kanthiah made a visit to a Remote Village , Kalingapatti, Tirunelveli-District, Tamil Nadu..

On hearing the news of our visit, Six Family pensioners and Two pensioners Came to Canara Bank, Kalingapatti. They were interacted by our Liaison officer, and the doubts/ discrepancies were sorted out on the spot. Two of the family pensioners had completed 80 yrs of age, but were not paid the additional pension.

The discrepancies were explained to the Branch Manager, Mr.Pavanasam and he was so kind enough to accept our findings and submission and agreed to set right the discrepancies in this month itself.

The pensioners were very happy and satisfied with our visit/efforts and thanked us for such a help at their place. They also requested us to hold one more meeting with prior notice of visit so that all the pensioners in their area can attend and get their doubts/ discrepancies cleared,

Our Liaison Officer thanked them all, particularly the Branch Manager , who happily agreed to hold a mini meeting in the premises and also gave a hint to hold a larger meeting in the near future. It gives us a great boost to help the Ex-Servicemen community.
