Dear Veteran brothers,
We all know that there is
a provision to Lodge our grievances
in Service Request.
We had TWO options in the grievance, one Pension related and the other is OTHER.
In pension related, we can lodge regarding
pension like short payment , non revision
non payment of arrears etc.
Then for other
matters, we were selecting the OTHER
option and lodging
all our grievances/discrepancies like Data
correction, addition and deletion of datas.
On representation from all
our organizations, the Sparsh Team has added
different
headings in the Other option: The headings are:
Payment related, Recovery, Life certificate, Pension DATAs,
Profile data updating,
Pension revision, Family
pension, Portal related, Stoppage of
incorrect pension, FMA etc,
and uploading the related
Documents.
Due to this provisions,
we can Lodge A particular complaints in the applicable heading.
The Sparsh Team will
forward the complaint to the correct
section for speedy remedial action.
This is a very useful
step and appreciable efforts.
All veterans are requested to note the same and Lodge your Grievances in Other option
with the correct heading for early settlement.
